I don't really think the live chat customer support has much to do with it, I mean, they don't build the lasers and they have proven to be pretty nice (to me anyway).

Admittedly rather funny, though. It certainly makes you wonder what a company would be thinking to have their live support personnel be so completely lacking in knowledge. Apparently the support is only for tracking orders and returns since they don't actually know much about the products.
